General Site Worker (HAZWOPER-24/40-hr) OSHA requires workers that are “routinely” or “occasionally” at sites where hazardous materials/waste are present or because of their specific job task be trained on Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response. Course content includes Regulatory Overview, Agency Responsibility, Employer’s Emergency Response Plan, Safety Practices, Site Safety Control, Outward Warning Signs & Outcomes, PPE, Toxicology, IDHA, Monitoring Equipment, Incident Command, Medical Surveillance.

Refreshers (8/24-hr)
OSHA requires annual refresher training to maintain your level of certification. Courses vary depending on the level in which you are certified, Also Annual physicals and Respirator Fit Testing is required.
